Unprofessional employees, not sure if they washed their hands after walking in from outside to serve us. Mocking online orders for ordering 1 sandwich while standing in front of current customers. Cussing in front of us, multiple employees, multiple times, while I had a child with me. I would have walked out, if I hadn't started the order, all around uncomfortable experience. Won't be going back there.

I don't give one star reviews lightly. I also give a little leeway due to the COVID / worker situation. But this place sets the low bar for Subway restaurant customer service. I've been here more than a few times due to my daughters love of their product. I can't take it anymore. Even ordering on line is a disaster. I've ordered online and arrived 20 minutes after the due time only to have them make it after I wait in line. Avoid this franchise location. Jimmy Johns is down the road, try something new.

The staff that still work is very nice. Sometimes visibly stressed, but given I've never seen more than 3 faces, that might be a bit understandable.

I needed the sauces on the side but online ordering didn’t give you the option to choose that. Going on a trip tomorrow and don’t want them to be soggy. So, I had to call them (while they’re slammed) and ask for the sauces on the side. Poor guys already made the sandwiches by the time I was able to get through to them on the phone. They are kind enough to remake them without the sauces on them for us. Subway needs to add sauce on the side option for the delivery option.
