We picked up our order just now, got home the pizza was under cooked and not even cut. The sandwich we ordered was burnt and I paid for extra cheese and didn't get it. This is twice now that we ordered from them and both times a bad experience. Avoid this place! Go to a different Imo's.

Pizza just is not the same quality. It is just like all other pizzas now. Having been associated with Imos since 1978,it breaks my heart, and I very rarely order it anymore.

The pizza was good, that is the only reason it is receiving a two star review and not a one star review. I ordered garlic cheese bread (see picture) and this is what I was served. Two slices of bread, uncut I might add. With no garlic seasoning and a weird strip of cheese down the center. I am not sure if this was a practical joke, but it was not amusing. Nobody in the history of humanity would consider this garlic cheese bread.
