Excellent meal and service every time we go. Lasagna is great, and the cocktails were very interesting, particularly good was the prosecco (plum cozy in wine glass), the pomegranate mojito was not quite as good. A relatively expensive meal, but a nice experience, and a very nice outdoor area overlooking a water feature. When it's busy it can be quite loud on the inside, so ask for a table on the side or a booth.

Yo, this place is excellent. The staff was fantastic and the food was great. To my mind it was closer to Chicago Italian than St. Louis, as the sauce wasn't as sweet. I like a gravy with a little kick, so it was right up my alley. Plus their tiaramissu was amazing!

The food and service at Mia Sorella is always top-notch! Everything on the menu is delicious 🙂 As to service, here is my most recent experience: I called an order in for pickup, but when I got into my car to go pick it up, the car wouldn't start! After 25 mins of trying to get the engine to turn over, I resignedly contacted the restaurant to hopefully cancel my order, but, alas, it had already been prepared & my credit card had been charged! I would have had to chalk it up to another loss( like my frozen-in-place vehicle) until a manager ( Steve, I believe) kindly called me back to say that the charge had been canceled!! My husband & I returned to the restaurant the following week and enjoyed a great meal, as usual...We will continue to recommend this place to all of our friends & family!! If you are looking out in West County St. Louis for high-end Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere at very reasonable prices with superior service, then Mia Sorella is for you!

Great outdoor patio with heat lamps and excellent service. The veal picatta, chicken soto, and chicken risotto were all excellent! Parking has always been an issue in this strip mall so just be aware. Will return again soon.
