The staff was friendly and the wait time for food was decent, but to be honest the food itself was very mediocre. There was no wow factor, the flavors weren’t bland but they were just very ordinary. My companion got the falafel salad, which I’m glad I didn’t get because it looked especially lackluster because of the iceberg lettuce. I had the beef shawarma, which I think was better than the salad although still very ordinary. The grape leaves appetizer was interesting, I had never had grape leaves before so it was an different experience. They remind me of seaweed. Not bad but again I don’t think I will ever return to get them again.

This place is amazing. Dot had the classic gyro+fries, hubs had the beef shawarma +fries and I had the lablabi bowl. All were excellent. Dot also had a smoothie and hubs had Turkish coffee. Highly recommend.

I am only in St. Louis few weeks a year. I come originally from the Middle East and let me tell you this: This place offers THE BEST falafel in town! Love love love their falafel! It’s a must The chicken shawarma is AMAZING too They have both options of pita bread and Arabic flat bread. Both tastes great for me, my husband liked the pita more because it has more filling The place is very neat and clean and the service is great as well. I actually had to come again before reviewing to make sure that I wasn’t just too hungry the first time😆😂 it’s actually very good You must come and give it a try for sure.

If you are looking at these reviews trying to figure out where you want to eat, this is the place. The two gentlemen that were working were extremely kind. The gyros were amazing and the fries were to die for. We also got the baklava and it was absolutely delicious. The store its self has a very nice feel to it and the bathrooms are very clean. All around a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going again and you should too.
