Do not eat here! Found a bug in my salad and hair in my entree. Don't do it to yourself. When reaching out to a manager they denied it and said it couldn't possy happen. Like seriously? You think I'd go out of my way while I was starving after golfing to go order food at your club just so I won't eat it? I will remember this when colleagues ask about the villages as I live pretty much next door to the club. Will tell them exactly my experience from now on.

I Worked here for 4 month at the villages for Brightview Tree Care . The Supervisor Hector would let his coworkers Martin and Armando basically do what ever they wanted .Considering the fact that they would take two hour breaks. They would still slack off and steal company time. They would also go around charging residents for sidework knowing this not acceptable . ARMANDO got paid this one time and let me and the other coworker finish up his work.He sat in the truck and denied it ever happend when I clearly saw the homeowner give him money.This one time the foreman left to McDonald's and left me alone to work by myself. I also caught the foreman damaging my backpack. Never apologized and played dumb like it never happened. Armando would also go through dumpsters and take anything of value home. he would also trespass into people yard to steal fruit from peoples property despite being apprehended and warned countless times . Keep in mind they did all this while being on the clock. They would also harass me and discriminate me for my age and the fact that didn't speak Spanish fluently. The Villages was really good to me and I really liked my time being there. I had no problems with any of the other Villages workers or employees I have very much respect for them and their hard work.keep on eye on the Brightview Workers they are not to be trusted.

Every year the Villages puts on a great Thanksgiving dinner at a very good price. Residents and their guests have a good family type get together and no dishes to wash.

We Love the golf course...the grounds, the amenities And the fact that so many people are so friendly. We have visited pals here for years and thought long and hard about moving. Lots of research and knowing Carla Griffin was the magic. Carla is so smart, and very gracious. In addition to being smart as a whip, she is a delight to work with...streamlined the purchase / move in AND myriad details and we are forever grateful. Could not have waded through the numerous challenges and paperwork without her kindnesses and insights. She is lovely. The Villages is remarkable!
