Patient brought in ER in oxygen, had time breathing, nurse let the patient wait outside the ER for 12 Hours!!! Unbelievable!, he nurse practitioner was literally sleeping in front of the PC and all the nurses and staff can see but never called the attention. Management should do a better job of evaluating their employees. You are not a restaurant, you're a hospital caring for the sick!!! Horrible Hospital Staff!!!!

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever seen!! All they care about is our money and nothing else. I’m so disappointed and I regret having gone to this hospital for receiving no medical help but disrespectful service and many endless bills afterwards. 1st of all there is no patients privacy at this place, they tell you your diagnosis out loud in front of other patients and care takers and make comments about patients and their conditions while everyone else hears ( this is not ethically right). 2nd I paid a lot money for a bad service and no care and they keep sending me different bills that are not even clear or explained ( zero details of what you are paying for), doctor’s bills, hospital bills, ER bills etc I was not even seen by a doctor plus I was there only once and I was seen by a nurse outside, I did never get inside! They just enjoy ripping patients off. Why do you take advantage of patients??? At least give a better service and we will be more than happy to pay whatever fake bills you keep sending to us after only one single visit that was done outside by a nurse. Avoid this hospital and their ER as much as you can if you don’t like unnecessary stress!! This hospital is a scam and nothing more!!

Don’t come here. Was told to hold my pee in for 2 hours before taking a urine test. Nurses are violating HIPPA laws by loudly and openly talking about other patients charts so the entire floor can here. One nurse LAUGHED about a patients injuries. Have been waiting 6+ hours now just to get blood work results back. Honestly if I didn’t have an IV in my arm currently I would walk out.

I don't know, but it is disgusting to be in a room where one is sitting in his own feces. That to me is elder abuse.

According to ProPublica's "ER WaitWatcher", (and as of the date I am posting this) Arcadia Methodist Hospital's average wait time in ER before being seen by a doctor is "31 minutes". Not 6 hours! [https://projects.propublica.org/emergency/hospital/050238] Generally, patients going to ER are triaged based on the severity of their conditions and the urgency of needed treatment, if any. If you have time to call several hospitals around town to check on wait time, then you probably don't belong in an ER. An Urgent Care clinic might be a better (and cheaper) alternative!

I know it takes medical but as for the other two I don't know. Now if you call financial dept. Staff are very courteous. If you call E.R. they might even give you an idea. I do recommend Methodist Hospital with my eyes.
