I have COVID. I needed a chest X-ray. I called Pasadena office and they said to come in. They had no tech so it was a waste. I made an appointment in Arcadia. They said that I needed to wait as my file was locked. I asked to speak with the manager and the file miraculously unlocked and I got the X-ray. I asked to speak with the manager at both facilities and neither could. This place has terrible customer service.

It was my first time at this Arcadia facility and I must say that everyone was very nice. The technicians were very friendly and took the time to explain the procedure and what was going be done. They were patient and made you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for your attentiveness and great treatment.

I had to go for my first mammogram (yay— the joys of hitting your 40s!). I didn't have any expectations except the usual annoyance and dread of visiting a medical office and wasting your time waiting to be seen. I received a text message the day before to confirm my appointment and fill out paperwork online, upload docs, etc. I was told I had to show up 20 minutes before my appointment time, so I did that. When I got to the window and gave my info, the receptionist was pleasantly surprised that I had completed everything already when she looked me up (I guess most people don't and that's why you're told to show up 20 minutes earlier). It was an extremely quick process after that. I sat down for maybe two minutes before I was called and led to a dressing room to change. Then the rad tech got me immediately after that. She was so warm and friendly. It was an uncomfortable but quick process and I was out of there in what felt like 15 minutes. Everything was so smooth and efficient with no wasting of time. Best medical appointment I've had in a long time, maybe ever?

My first visit to Arcadia Radiology for my first Mammogram. I received a text link to upload all my information ID referral insurance info etc. this made check in quick and easy. I arrived 20 minutes early I was immediately taken to the back where I waited less than 5 minutes for the best nurse to do my mammogram. She explained everything since it was my first time. It was completed and I was out before my actual appointment time. I will 100% use this facility again!!
