Advent Pines Pumpkin Patch and Christmas Tree Lot

Was told I could come next day at 12pm to pick up my tree. I called before since I was going to be working from 8am-3am...I called and was told to wait to dry more. Which was fine. I get me second break from 4:30-5pm. So I rushed over and asked for the tree which had been ready. Asked them why I hadn’t received a call? Short “thug” looking man with a blue hoodie turned his back to me and proceeded under his breath “I did call. I called you 3 times”. I asked if he bothered to leave me a voicemail or message? He snapped back “No!!” I informed him I am at work. Some of us don’t have the luxury of being on our personal phones/calls while in the office. I asked him to please place the tree on the car top. The tree is approx. 4 feet. He made sure to drag the wood stand across my car. And then asked me if I was sure I didn’t want it inside. I explained to him I didn’t want it on my seats. Last time I did that, the flock was still moist on the inside (even tho they had insisted it was dry) and it had stained the seats and smell wouldn’t come out. I believe he noticed I was jumping on to leave a review because as he glanced back down at my phone, his attitude changed and began small talk. I went along with it and answered his questions, and then he finished with slamming all doors as I tried getting into the car. If you don’t like your job, there are TONS of places hiring right now. Especially during this pandemic. But I see that they don’t seem to care, as this is not the first review I see her about a rude gentleman in a hoodie. Friend came here last week as well, and said she received same treatment when asked if they could help tie her tree, as she was in a knee brace and crutches and couldn’t manage it herself. But oh well, I guess that’s the service they provide for overpriced trees. Not to mention, I was told one price at picking the tree, and charged another price at paying. And first gentleman had informed the person charging me the price he had quoted. Nothing had changed in my original request.

The staff is very nice, everything is very nicely organized for the children to take very great photo angles and enjoy the Jumpers and Halloween Decorations. They sale drinks and snacks at very affordable prices. We paid $5.00 for our daughter to enjoy unlimited time on all 3 Jumpers. sodas,water and chips were only $1, Cotton Candy was $5.00 entrance is free. We highly recommend it. Peaceful environment. Not crowded at all.
