While it was my parents that placed the order and dealt with all of that, I feel compelled to leave a review to acknowledge the fantastic worker that helped load our siding into the truck. When his job was done, he hung around because I think he sensed our hesitation in strapping it all down. He got back out of his forklift and went the extra mile to help strap it down and really gave us some peace of mind. Did not get his name but hope he knows we appreciated the whole interaction with him!!

I really wanted to give this local company our business for deck materials. We met with Charlie at the front desk for over an hour. We got everything documented that we needed and Charlie said he would give us the quote the following business day. After numerous attempts to reach out, we found out that all of our details were misplaced. Charlie said if we could provide all of the details again, he would write us up a quote. We are still waiting. It has nearly been a month since we first started this process. I wrote back to see if there is another person who could help. I sent all the details to him and so have not heard back. It's really a bummer.

BUYER***BEWARE**** their customer service has went straight down hill. I ordered $8000 worth of doors and they showed up wrong. Charlie the sales guy at the front desk assured me they were what I wanted. Single panel doors without any bevel. The doors showed up and they were exactly what I did not want. Multiple people tried to get the problem corrected and basically were told tuff luck.. Charlie just says he talks to so many people every day cant possibly remember talking to me about this. They do millions of dollars worth of sales every year cant remember everyone. He directed us to Nicole(managment) it was her decision to correct it. If you are purchasing a lange order. Make sure you see it in person before ordering. Definitely dont give them any money first big misktake. No one at this place is willing to take responsibilitie for selling you the wrong thing. Very dissapointed in there service. By far the worst service I have ever had with any lumber yard.

Great staff. Normally have what i need in store or a few days away. May not be the cheapest but it is not always about the price.
