I originally left a 1-star review because I had difficulty finding someone to help me order countertops. I visited the store 5 times to order new kitchen countertops. On the 3rd visit a guy in appliances helped build my quote. But when I came back the next 2 times to order, there was simply nobody there to help. Two days ago they paged people multiple times, and even a manager, who also never appeared. I am updating my review from 1-star to 5 because of the excellent service of both Laura and Aaron. Laura went above and beyond to help me get my order in. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and had answers to every question I had. Both were able to guide me along the variety of choices. While it was frustrating that unfortunately Laura and Aaron don't work 24-7 (joking here!) it was worth it once I finally connected with them.
