Do not go this Place ever I seen and they have parking spot semi truck and trailer and they 24 hours parking but they Town right after you leave your truck so please don’t park your truck over there otherwise you will pay three thousand dollars expense no negotiate at all they just make that much money from you in 2 miles be carefully truck the holiday management and the towing company divide the money also they broke down your truck too $3000 be aware to park your over there and even take any diesel their diesel is broking engine otherwise you ganna spend a lot of money

This place is not set up well. There is a script posted on the door to read that explains that you have to sign in to park there and you can’t stay longer than 48 hours. The think they don’t realize is that truckers never look at pages like that because every shipper and receiver you go to will literally have 40 pages just like that posted on the plexiglass you’re talking to them through, or on the door of the facility. If we stopped and read all of them we’d never get anywhere so we rely on the guidance of the people there. A lot or drivers are getting towed from this place because they’re acting different than most truck stops. If you want to stop the bad reviews you can do it easily. Put a sign on the door that says paid parking only. All drivers will see it and come to pay. You can either take the payment, or just tell them it’s free and let them sign in, but this way you’re actually trying to do the right thing. I saw that tow truck guy hooking up to a truck this morning and it did not sit right with me. I just walked away feeling like something wrong was happening and people in positions of authority could and should fix it.
