We bought our boat in 2021, worked with Steve Olson who did a great job. We've had a few unexpected issues with our motor, but Michael in service was very helpful, stayed a few minutes after closing time so we could get our boat inside and not left out in the parking lot overnight, which was suggested from another employee when we called to say we'd be a few minutes late due to traffic. Michael has been great to work with and always kept us posted on the status of our boat!

I have been in there three different times and the customer experience was very poor. The older gentleman behind the counter has always either been very short or too busy on his computer. And then the third time in was looking to buy a trolling. They didn't haven't in stock which is fine, I understand, but to be direct, rude, and short about the supply shortage was enough for me not to ever go back. Now I go 2.5 hours away just to avoid them.

I had an issue with no power to the motor. I talked to Michael in the parts department. He said I could probably fix it myself. When attempting on my own, I was unable to find the fix. Instead, I brought my boat in to be serviced. When I asked where I should park, Michael asked if he could come out and take a look at it. Within minutes, Michael has the cover off and had replaced the blown fuse. He also grabbed an extra fuse for me to take with should I run into the same issue. Due to his attention and diligence, my fuse was replaced in a fraction of the time without a parts or labor charge - I was also able to take my boat with me immediately rather than having to let it sit for repair for weeks to be looked at.
