Never return phone calls and are not very friendly. Also why are there no people of color in the office or anywhere in the Franklin Co. Government Building?

We went to request an addition permit everything was smooth and easy, they guide us where and how to do the process with them the only reason that Holds me to give them 5 stars is because sometimes is hard to contact the person in charge of the inspections/permits but other than that, was a nice experience learn new things .

Got an HVAC through Alford Mechanical ..HVAC burned through the panel (breaker ) 2 times.. Alford said the panel was the issue and they said it will be a continuous issue , they installed it because the green light was giving from the inspections team (permit) .. I woke to the supervisor, (Harris) he says my guy told Alford or some one that it would be a problem but they went ahead with the install, I said how could that be it's his.her job to make sure this done proper he said "I don't know what more I can tell you" and that was literally it ....
