what size? They start with a four stroke 110, then go to a 65cc two stroke, 85cc, 110cc, 112cc, 125 and 250 two stroke. A beginner should start with the 110 four stroke or 65cc two stroke but depends on your size. they start around $4000.
They have a good selection, id call and ask.
They will definitely look at it and let you know best course of action, even if they cannot work on it. They looked at my Polaris jet ski even though they weren't able to fix it, but directed me towards people who could.

I would say no usually when you buy a bike you record number stamped on key so you can have dealer order one if all else fails probably would have to buy new ignition switch that would come with new key
They have a company that they recommend when towing a motorcycle, but it's not part of the cost for a bike from them. I believe it's an extra $80 through the towing company.
