The staff was extremely friendly, easy to talk to and they were very knowledgeable on all your questions. It was easy to find and the lounge was nice and upkept. That was the three overall stars I gave it. The reason I didn’t give it four or five stars or why I gave it one star for friend recommendation is because the price of an OIL CHANGE!!!! $139.95 for an oil change is absolutely absurd!!!! I have never seen an oil change for a car or truck over $100 after labor. When I asked why it was that expensive, the kind service rep let me know that the owner sets the price and with parts difficult to get due to inflation and other factors, that was the reason. Well, I personally would of declined the service but I was in need because I have Army TRNG this weekend and no other Chevy Dealer had an opening this week. I was already over the mileage and needed to get it done. Now I know what you are thinking, “Why didn’t you plan it earlier?” Or “Why didn’t you go to a Jiffy Lube or something like that?” You are right on the planning, I should of planned it better. In terms of utilizing other services, I like getting Chevy Rewards so I do my best to get my vehicle to a Chevy dealer for all services. For the owner, everyone is feeling the effects of inflation and other issues this country is facing but charging $139.95 for an oil change is absolutely absurd!!! How is it that other dealerships and other vehicle servicing businesses, (including the small business owners) are able to charge under $100 for an Oil Change? I would look into that. I was disappointed from the price because everything else made it a great experience. Due to this, I unfortunately will not be back due to the price. On a side note, they did give me a military discount. My total bill was $147.56 with an oil change and tire rotation and I saved $16 with the military discount.
