Totally incompetent operation. Their Express service is top notch! Their Ground service is a bunch of mutts that drop packages outside if they don't feel like delivering them to the correct office. They then will not come back and pick them up. 09-27-2022: After 5 calls to Fedex they still haven't picked up the packages they mis-delivered. Don't worry Fedex, I am sure thieves will find your packages, because your customers won't.

Hire better employees! Driver can’t understand staying off a freshly paved driveway. Left a package on the driveway because he was too weak to carry it to the door! Smh. Lazy driver
