They're completely unempathetic. I got ran over by a car and they literally offered me NO assistance nor assistance to anyone during COVID. I lived there for 4 years, there are a TON of better options out there for the price. I had a literal mental breakdown and they treated me as though I was a criminal after losing it all. I had countless issues with the water heater and the NEIGHBORS pipe would backup in that closet. The appliances were 20+ years old (from maintenances) and everything is very plain and generic. Overall....the turnover rate is probably self explanatory at this point among other reviews. They RELY on turnover and don't tend to tenured residents. I'm glad I'm finally gone. They sent me a big bill saying I "SKIPPED OUT" when I was facing eviction and had nobody to help me get it all out ASAP. I sincerely hope being humbled isn't gentle on them.

Definitely not the luxury they claim to be. Communication amongst staff is absolutely terrible. They changed my move-in date 4 times (after signing the lease). They blamed me for their lack of organization and leasing online, and generally were extremely rude. This was only a few weeks before move-in which caused me to have hundreds of dollars in other moving expenses due to their lack of responses, timing, and how close it now was to my moving date. The only good thing is that they told me that due to new ownership they did not consider my signed lease valid since I didn't move-in yet, and so I only lost a total of $300 directly to this establishment and was able to go somewhere else much friendlier, helpful, and in a nicer location.

Very beautiful place with best balcony view. Peaceful environment and good neighbors. Clean and green surroundings. My move in experience was awesome. Very cooperative and helpful management. This complex lies in the hit area of Lexington you can find everything within 2/3miles.

I just moved in last week, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this complex. The entire leasing process, moving in, and now living here was/is so easy. The staff in the office are genuinely incredible. They are all SO nice and willing to help you however they can. Carla and Blake are the two people I’ve spoken to and I love them both a lot. Carla is the best manager I’ve ever come in contact with. She is professional, nice, helpful, and cares about your experience here. Blake is so nice and friendly and he made my leasing process so easy that anyone could do it honestly. They had housekeeping clean the apartment before I moved in, and I must say, it is the cleanest any place I have ever moved into has been. They are pet friendly, which I love. I have my own pets, but I love seeing so many people walk their dogs. The gym and the pool are like resort worthy- I can’t wait for summer to use the pool. The complex is easy to navigate and find things at. Also… don’t even get me started on the trash butler service!!!! Literally the best thing I have ever experienced! So easy, and keeps it so clean around here. The maintenance guy who came to fix my thermostat the other day was super nice, fixed it, and left wishing me a good day. We are also doing an upgrade for my flooring which will be soo nice and if I ever want to, I can add the upgrade for the kitchen and bathroom. So you have that choice if you want it. Also when it has snowed, they always had sidewalks salted. I also feel safe here. I absolutely love the location. It is by the mall and so many fun things in Lexington. Also the drive to UK isn’t bad. I’m a student so I just drive about 10-15 minutes to campus and come back. I truly love this place and wish I had moved here sooner. I am so grateful to be able to live here, and I would 1000% recommend anyone who is considering to live here, to do it. You will not regret it. You will love the complex and apartment, and even more so you will love the management and staff here!
