Posted dates for cars to not be parked in certain areas then ended up towing cars anyways even on the dates where it was said to be okay to be parked in those spaces, terrible place never answers the phone and no one is ever in office. Avoid living at this place

This apartment complex improperly towed occupants vehicles who had to pay $150 to get their car back, and some could not get to work because their car had been towed. It was a mix up on the dates the lot was supposed to be painted, but the tenants parked where they were supposed to on the dates specified, and they got towed anyway. Now the property owner refuses to fully reimburse tenants for the error. Do not rent from these people, they won't do the right thing.

Why are you not open on Saturday when your posted hours say you're open until 4pm? I called and left a message that still hasn't been returned. Why can't you keep the trash from piling up at the compactor? We pay for trash service, and yet it's not being managed. Every day it looks like a dump. Why won't you fix the burned out bulbs around the property, even after a resident was robbed at gunpoint (and you send an email to residents announcing that fact)? Better yet, why isn't this a quarterly preventative maintenance check? When will the gates be fixed? After the robbery, the exit gate was chained shut as a safety precaution. We were told it would stay closed until repaired. A few days later, it was unchained AND STILL DOESN'T WORK. When are you going to repair the rain gutters and roof shingles torn off over the winter and clean out the gutters full of leaves and pine needles? Will you fix/repave the sidewalks damaged by salt? When? Why aren't you maintaining the property yet still raising rents despite numerous unoccupied units? Added: What the hell is going on in the photos? Is it acceptable for residents to have cameras aimed outside their unit and recording other residents without consent?

I lived in these apartments 3 years ago and everything was great. As a resident again this year and after the transfer of new management I can no longer recommend living in these apartments. The office is basically unreachable by phone. I have had a water leak issue with the water heater I have been going round and round with the office about. My carpet was wet for 2 weeks before the resolution was solved. They had to call an outside service for a carpet cleaning and mold treatment. After which the plumbers who installed the water heater forgot to reconnect the condensation line from the ac. Which then lead to another water leak and another mildew issue. The reg maintenance people were able to reconnect that but the office failed to schedule another carpet cleaning and currently still waiting on an appointment for the cleaning a week later. I have been dealing with wet carpet for 17 days and mildew smell again for a total of 12 days. People leave their trash bags right outside their doors all night and sometimes even days, for creatures to rummage through throughout the night. Shopping carts pilled outside the complex…to say the management at the office is neglectful is an understatement and the maintenance personnel is a 2 man crew that is easily overwhelmed it would seem. We had a blackout during a storm and there was not a single bit of light at all throughout the whole complex, two days later received an email from the office about a robbery at gun point on the property and apparently it’s not the first one. Be aware coming here that this property is neglected and you are not a priority as a resident.
