These apartments are old and they do a very poor job at maintaining the property. They haven’t bettered themselves in any way that they claim to be doing yet they are starting to up the rent payments. The pool isn’t even operating and it’s the middle of July. I was supposed to have a washer and dryer in my apartment and not only did I not have one, their wasn’t even a washer and dryer hookup. The back sliding patio door is loose, letting air come in and out. So it is not very insulated in these buildings here. In the summer time it has cost me a fortune to Keep this apartment comfortable. My electric bill is always around $80. These apartments have been overly costly and poorly managed and maintained my entire stay, unfortunately I have to say the truth on this because I would want someone to be honest with me. I wouldn’t move here again and I wouldn’t suggest my friends or acquaintances to get involved here either.

Since changed to the Life and with Chamari running point, this place has been an awesome experience. Frankly my experience was less than ideal with previous management during my first year and a half. Chamari is a compassionate and amazing human being. She has turned this place around and I am excited to see where she will take it in the future. Just renewed and couldn't be happier to be staying. They have added additional easy payment options and an option to enroll in the Stake debit card, which offers rent cash back rewards. Do yourself a favor and look before you pass. Conveniently located directly off Richmond road near excellent shopping, restaurants and a convenient New circle exit.

I’ve lived here for almost two years. The office staff is great & very helpful! The New property management is much better along with Maintenance- Deruk came very quickly to fix my heat which was very appreciated!

This is where I live and the new management has been great so far. Central location, nice amenities (pool, exercise room, fire pits etc.) I'm proud to call it home. P.s. MUST love cats!!!!
