Loved our stay here as we passed through Louisville! The room was clean and updated. The check in was super fast and efficient (so nice after a 14 hour long car ride). I was grateful for the nightlight in the bathroom as well, to keep from using the bright overhead bathroom lights at night. Complimentary breakfast was good and right on time at 6am. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. This was in stark contrast to a Holiday Inn Express we stayed in a few days before. Haven’t stayed in a Hampton Inn in years, but will now be looking for them when traveling.

Very nice hotel, staff members were very friendly, and really went the extra mile. The room and hotel was immaculate!! Breakfast was perfect selections. I will definitely be returning.

Nasty just nasty. My room was dirty and the room smelt like cigarettes smoke. There was hair in the shower. We called for housekeeping and they never came. They gave me new sheets to change myself and wipe my shower wall down. Disgusting never again

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean! The breakfast was nothing to rave about and the room did have a light musty smell to it! The staff were super friendly and helpful with my business needs. Only 10 mins from the Louisville EXPO Center for our event! Overall I would recommend this hotel!
