I came to Hendersonville for work. Booked this hotel because it had a high star rating... I should have read the reviews... I will never stay at this hotel again. Although "due to Covid the rooms aren't cleaned but every 3 days", they also don't clean it and replenish towels when you make the request either. I called on the 4th day to make sure they knew to clean my room... we will see what it looks like when I get off work today... The shower curtain lining also had mold/mildew spots on it and the sheets were dusty.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel overall was very clean and the room was reasonable. The iron was on its last legs. No hairdryer available in the room or at the desk. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling - not covering, but around the light fixture and wall joint. Perhaps a leak from upstairs? (we were in room 123). But the biggest issues were: the pillows - may as well have none they were so broken down; the noise - AC exceptionally loud, and the toilet refill was a whine that permeated the room for about 3 minutes. Tough times for nocturnal trips and getting back to sleep.

I only stay at Marriott properties. Dirty is the best word to describe this hotel. Ants and other bugs all around the bathroom and bedroom. I had to be moved from the first room because the bathroom had dirty towels hanging up. Very displeased in this stay

Staff was very friendly, professional, patience, and made our stay overall excellent!!! Suggestion if they could fix refrigerator that was in my room, get control of lady bugs, beetles, and whatever the other bugs were I definitely would stay again just because of the staff. Breakfast needs improvement and please fix hot tub. Most biggest complaint was bugs, refrigerator not working, oh mindful of sheets and linen they were Stained. Again staff made my stay enjoyable, please keep that particular staff.
