Slow staff, lack ability to preform multiple task. 5 minute wait at speaker with no answer.. pulled around to hear from staff at window trucks don't trip sensor. Food not ready in 10 minutes with me pulling forward. Walked in for refund. Fries were not up and ready they said. Will not return.

My husband went in to order our food after waiting 20 min for a impossible whooped and a whooped no bun they thru my food which is in a tray upside down and handed to my husband whe n my husband replied the so called manager turned around and just stood there saying nothing. so when I get home my food is a mess and I called to the store the so called manager tells me nothing was done wrong and they would not make it right so I ask for a 800 number and they refused to give it to me so I googled it called myself they took my complaint Worst store ever!!

Litterally the worst fast food place. I have tried this place time and time again because they are the only place close to me. Every time it never fails they mess something up or forget something I paid for and most of the time I dont have a chance to go back for a couple of days. They have been closed at random times. Also every time I get the original chicken sandwich its burnt along with if you order something online that has dipping sauce, you will not get it. I enjoy BK but I wish this place would step it up.

Completely messed up my order, fries were fried in old oil. Whopper sandwich was made wrong. I paid a $1.00 for cheese I never received. If I wasn't already 15 minutes away. I would have turned around. But thats what I get for eating a burger King. NEVER AGAIN!
