This review is not for this location nor directed at the staff. This is about CHAP. CHAP is handled by a private company, but the payments are made by social services. It's a joke. The case workers fail to respond, will ask over and over again for the same paperwork to delay the case, take weeks to respond once you send your paperwork, and then deny your application by lying. I spoke to a few people at Social Services, who confirmed that CHAP case workers will deny assistance applications claiming that they never received documentation when there is proof that it has been successfully sent and received.

You can call and they are extremely rude over the phone. I can only imagine the service in person.

They are slow as ever and Heather the lady at the front desk is even ruder she doesn't really like customer service but yet and still this is the occupation she has chosen they tell you to be quiet you can't talk as if you were a 2yr old !!!!
