Heavy set black female working your counter is extremely rude and disrespectful. Came in to grab lunch while working on this side of town. I was using cash so I stepped to the counter with cash in hand. Was ignored by 5 employees standing there talking. Rude employe finally stepped over from the bagging area and snapped at me that I can place my order at the kiosk. I said can I pay cash there?" Which I know I can't, which is why I was at the counter. She snapped "no, but since I'm standing here I can go ahead and take your order!" as she just glared at me for interrupting her conversation with her coworkers. I turned around and walked out. Why should I have to go to 2 different places to place a cash order? I could understand it if they were extremely short staffed, but they are not. 4 alone we're just standing around to the side playing on their phones talking about their weekend plans. This was my first time stopping here, definitely have no intention on coming back to this location when I'm working over here again.

Lobby closed when it should have been open. Slow, slow service. So much so i couldn't wait in line for my breakfast i had already paid online for. Very disappointed! Couldn't even report it on the app because every time i put in the location it kept circling back to the home page and kept on that loop.

Food was terrible. Literally thrown together and only got half of what I had ordered. The managers were rude and employees didn't know what they were doing. I am now looking for a different place for my grandson's lunch because apparently they don't have happy meals. The funny thing is my account was charged for what I ordered but they said I didn't and we all know how that goes

Worst meal I've had in years Burned sandwich and look at how many fries I got. And ...drive thru guy made me repeat my order 4 times. Tried to go back and see if I could get a smoothie at 1:30 pm.......machine was broke. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!!
