This location is aesthetically pleasing with a recent remodel. The drive-thru is slower than usual. The food prep is a little subpar as I have had to return on at least two occasions for undercooked (Deluxe Chicken) over expired (nuggets/fries) foods. The staff is young and not trained in greetings but they get your food to you with minimal words once the drive thru moves.

I love McDonalds but when you get a wrong order like, NO SAUSAGE on your sausage mcmuffin, that’s an issue. Tried calling the store ALL DAY and no one answers! So you can’t even voice your concerns about orders because they don’t even answer the phone!

I agree, but that particular McDOnald's is the worst
The restrooms here are usually unlocked. If they were locked it was most likely due to someone shooting up drugs in one or the other. There has been a few overdoses in these restrooms. Its a sad fact but a true one. While I can't excuse the rudeness of your encounter I can understand where they may have gotten an attitude about people wanting to use their bathrooms..
Stop going there and what time of the day are you going there because if you are going at lunch time you wont get nothing you order

The opinion of the neighborhood is all wrong. I would walk through there anytime day or night. If you go looking for trouble or putting your nose where it doesn't belong, YES you will find trouble. Don't act like your better than the next person, because your not, regardless of what you think. Mind your own business and you won't have any trouble.
If you look at the west end of louisville, no matter where you go, you'll see trash scattered, no matter what. The west end is by far the dirtiest end of louisville. My guess is, most of the employees that work there are from the west end. Too many people from the west end do not care. I used to live there, (the west end), and I couldn't wait to move away from there. Not only is the west end the dirtiest, it also has the highest crime rate in louisville. Too many west enders do not care. This answer is based on what I have seen, and experienced there in the west end. I hope this helps you get a better understanding.
