I cannot get food at this location. Several times in the last couple of weeks I have waited in long lines, burning expensive gas, only to be given different excuses as to why they cannot take my order once I finally reach the window. I live very close to this Rally's and gave up on it many years ago due to poor service. It was a mistake to give them another chance. The employees do not want to work, and they are incompetent. I will never go there again. They owe me gas $$.

Spent 30 mins in the drive-thru tonight. I can always tell when the good supervisor/manager isn't working. This place will be out of business within a year at this rate.

My husband and I have never been to a Rally’s and we decided to try it being that we are working in the area for the next few months… WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! I took a bite into my burger and there was a LONG Hair that make from the bite that I took. We both almost puked and threw our food back in the bag…..I then look at my drink that is less than full and it looks as if someone had already used the cup for some type of fruit punch type drink…. We did not go back because my husband said they 18.00 wasn’t worth our time to go back for a refund because he sure wasn’t going to get any more food from them…. So, if you are in the area and want some food…..DO NOT GO HERE! We are so completely disgusted we can not even think about dinner now! Store # 8238

This location needs some work. I ordered a Rally Burger after waiting for a long time to give my order. After saying "thank you" twice and getting no acknowledgement proceeded to the pick up window and got a cold burger. However, the cashier was nice. I used to stop by this location on a regular basis. I may give it one more chance. Sorry Rally's. Love my Clarksville, IN location though!!
