I don't expect much from fast food, but when I ask for a beef and cheddar I do expect beef and cheddar.

I just went to the one on breckinridge lane in Louisville. KY. Ordered at the drive thru. They got the order mixed up and the smell coming out the drive thru was pot.(Marijuana ). I was very disappointed in the employees you hire. WON'T BE BACK.!!!!

Ordered 2 Beef N Cheddar Sandwiches. One was fine but didn't have any cheese and the other one top bun was really doughy. 😡

Every once in a while I get their secret menu item the Meat Mountain sandwich which is a massive sandwich that costs $10 but is well worth it. Every cold cut meat they have goes on it plus two chicken tenders

That's a surprise. The location on Old Bardstown Rd is the problem child. No clue as to whom the GM is.
