This Mc Donald's saved the day. On the 4th of July, all the other restaurants closed earlier than their posted business hours. This location was the only resteraunt in Louisville that didn't have an excuse for why th we y were closing early. I don't know his name but there was a black guy who was working very hard on a busy night. My food was piping hot and good. In fact, it was the freshest Mc Donald's that I could ever remember having. This location saved the day. SERIOUSLY! I ill only travel to this location. End of story...

Horrible! Sat outside with my kid for over 25 mins with my kid in the car, bc first they had to drop chicken nuggets, then when I finally went in after 8 cars went through the drivethrough, they didn't have any fries for my order. What's the point of ordering ahead when it still have to wait, 27 mins and 15 cars later for your food?!

Order a happy meal but didnt get the happy meal because an employee didnt do their job correctly. Got to the window and they saying no add on after I asked about the happy meal. The manager dude comes out and said we short handed no add on. All my baby wanted was a happy meal Ronald .
