Merrill, instead of asking this question in Google Maps, your best bet would be to call/email/Tweet McDonald's, expressing dissatisfaction with your order. I'll bet you'd get either a full refund, or at least a coupon good for the equivalent amount you ordered. By reporting the restaurant with the details from the receipt, Corporate can follow up with what sounds to be management issues, based on the other comments here...
