Major insurances and cash/check
I paid for mine but didn't have insurance.
I was not given a form. I called the office multiple times between 9am-noon and, when I do get through to somebody, I'm put on hold and the system hangs up after about 10 minutes. I don't feel like it would be productive to keep calling. Is there another solution? Ex: Is there a certain time I may have better luck calling? Or can I request a call back at a time that works for your office?
Hello, Yes we do both rapid and PCR. Please go to our website and select a time spot. It is by online reservation only.
Hello, We do not have an ultrasound at our facility. If the Physician determines an ultrasound is required, we refer out.
