One of the worst user interfaces I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The SMS verification takes forever, the layout is not as intuitive as other banks, and the support staff is useless. If it weren’t for the rising interests rates, I would transfer my loan to my bank because I feel bad giving such an ineffective institution one penny of my money.
