I was not given a form. I called the office multiple times between 9am-noon and, when I do get through to somebody, I'm put on hold and the system hangs up after about 10 minutes. I don't feel like it would be productive to keep calling. Is there another solution? Ex: Is there a certain time I may have better luck calling? Or can I request a call back at a time that works for your office?
