I had an awesome Action Urgent Care visit. I checked with my medical insurance company and they suggested Action Urgent Care. I really needed to see a medical professional for severe cold like symptoms I was experiencing. The online appointment process was excellent and not complicated. The medical staff starting from when I came into the building, to the person who takes your vitals and the treating medical professional were all great people. They arranged my prescription pickup as well. This was a really great experience and I am sure that the team responsible for hiring and training really know what it takes to create experiences like this. I am telling my friends and coworkers about Action Urgent Care.

I really appreciate one of your staffs customer service who provided me a tremendously help yesterday after my son visited this office on Sunday. His name is Mr. Jack Chen. Not only he understood my needed, also willing to do extra miles to resolve my problems. Because of Mr. Chen outstanding service, I have to vote this place is a 5 stars urgent care.

Didn't take more than an hour to get a walk-in appointment, saw a PA that was willing to work around the fact I was uninsured, and was referred to a specialist for a followup (at another Action, no less!) that was able to accurately diagnose and prescribe medication for what was ailing me! Great experience with friendly, respectful staff that genuinely wanted to see my condition improve.

Great service. I walked in and was able to get an appointment with a doctor. I followed up the next week and it was super easy and convenient. All my questions were answered and everyone was friendly. 10/10 am returning here for any other care.
