To the management, i like to report to you , whoever is answering calls and the people in the counter does not have the same knowledge. I called last Dec 26 to find out if this clinic is accepting patients with Covered Ca and Medicare she said yes as long as it is not medicare. I called again , in the afternoon to confirm I got the same answer. My mother who is 85 years old and my brother who got exposed from me, ( i was tested positive in this clinic last 24th) . My mother like to be tested right away because of her age , in the county she have to wait until Wednesday. When they arrived today the 27th the staff in the counter turned them down , they said they dont accept Covered Ca and Medicare. They are only taking public transportation just to get there. Its a big huzzle for this poor people its even raining imagine how hard is that. Can you please let me know who is right and your people have to be well informed. If my mom get sick because of the weather just to get there in early morning I will have you take responsibility on this matter. Misinformation is not acceptable in medical field .

I am currently uninsured and was in a lot of pain, I didnt know about this place until a friend suggested it. I called right away and spoke to a very nice lady by the name of Roxanne, she took the time to explain how things worked and then I headed in right away. I didnt have to wait long. I was taken to the exam room by another very nice staff member named Ari. Ari was extra patient and compassionate as I sat there and explained my symptoms while sobbing through my mask. Eventually Dr. Oyhkman came in, assessed me and treated me for my symptoms. He was very professional and thorough. From check in to check out, everyone was kind and professional. I am very grateful for everyone i came in contact with at this facility.

This urgent care is staffed with mostly recently graduated physicians assistants now. Liane Tongol, PA is a rude and insensitive physician assistant that diagnoses without assessing the patient first. The first time I encountered her she misdiagnosed my son. Avoid this place at all costs. It is not the same place it used to be.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing on Memorial Day but did not feel rushed at all. There was a question of my being able to receive a certain medication. Michael Gray took the time to do research and bring me all the information and options and had everyone checking to see if they a certain one. Returned the next morning to receive the shot as we agreed. I was in and out in minutes. The nurses were kind, cheerful and compassionate.
