Come to this urgent care if you have hours to waste. I came in without an appointment so I knew it would take some time to be seen but I didn’t expect to wait over 2 hours. I was told to sit in the patient room and that the doctor would come in soon. I spent an hour and a half waiting just for in the end to have the doctor come in for less than 2 minutes just to tell me that my result was positive and that I needed to go pick up a prescription for it. No check up or anything. Long wait is not worth the 2 minutes you’ll get to be “seen” by the doctor.

You don't want to go to the location on Capitol Expressway. We went there for a Covid test. They make you see a "doctor" so they can charge you for an office visit. You have to fill out all the insurance information, even if you're not feeling well. The pretend doctor kept coming into the waiting room and telling everyone except us to leave; even though it the place was supposed to be open for another hour. I was taken back for a blood pressure reading/temperature reading. The young woman did NOT know how to use the blood pressure cuff. First, she tried one cuff and couldn't get it to work at all. Then she used a drugstore quality cuff but put it on upside down!!! I showed her how to do it. A Covid test followed. Then into the treatment room to meet the "doctor." She completely ignored my Covid symptoms and, relying on a false measurement by the same young woman who couldn't figure out how to give me bp reading, she said my heart rate was too fast and I had to go to the Emergency Room, that she would NOT prescribe Paxlovid which is all I needed and wanted. The "doctor" chastised other employees in front of me. The doctor simply wanted to go home. I told her I didn't think I needed to go to the Emergency Room, that I just wanted the results of my Covid test and, if positive, a prescription for Paxlovid. Instead, she turned her back on me and walked out of the room. That's the last I saw of her. My experience with this place was BEYOND BAD. I got a Paxlovid prescription the next day from my family doctor and have recovered from a bout with Covid, no thanks to Action Urgent Care.

Had to make an urgent trip to Action Urgent care when I had an acute allergic reaction to something that caused my face to swell up severely. So glad that this wonderful facility is available in our area. The doctor quickly diagnosed the issue and prescribed medication that treated the condition effectively and I recovered within a few days. The entire experience including scheduling, billing, and checkup was quite professionally executed.

The staff were friendly. Care and assistance provided was very good. Where facility was not available - in my wife's case X-ray - another nearby location was quickly located and the results were obtained in a short time.

Basic health check by nurse practitioner. They are knowledgeable, just simply does not have as much experience. Works for our family so far. Way more convenient than going to our family doctor
I think it all depends on insurance and copays.
No they dont but foothill clinic on story takes medical
