Had to use this location for required drug testing pending employment. Both front and back office staff were friendly, accommodating and had me in and out within 20 minutes. Very neat and clean office too!

Super slow but expected since it’s a walk-in urgent care. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. “Physician” was extremely awkward. No greeting, no enthusiasm, monotone like that he didn’t want to be there. I almost fell asleep talking to him. Experience with him was uncomfortable and weird. Other than that, my visit was decent.

I am understanding, we are in a pandemic, we are all short staffed. However what we do have the power to do, is show compassion. I called in prior day and was advised to show up earlier at 7am to get properly in line to get covid tested. I did just that, arrived at 7am was the 4th person in line. Came completely prepared to wait and understood what I was in for. When I got in Chynia at the front desk called me up to present my documentation and l had to email her my paperwork at 8:40am. She disappeared as I waited patiently until 12:30PM, that’s 5 hours. I asked the second receptionist what my status was, all I got was a blank stare. No paperwork that I had filled out prior was there. Not even a single apology. The lack of human decency is ridiculous. Check on the people in your lobby, we are people who need your help. Severely disappointed in this entire experience and I wonder if I had not been patient and waited, if I were to be more outraged and angry would I have gotten seen sooner? Do better.

Came in on Sept 8. I knew I needed stitches. I told the doctor cut was almost a qt inch deep.doctor said no I didn't need stitches The 3rd pic is what he did. Tape. Then he took xray to see if I hit bone or just meat. When I asked what showed up in the xray. He said he couldn't tell. Oh then he said my nail wasn't gonna fall off SMH. DO NOT GO THERE !!!
