Fantastic communication, it's obvious that they care about every guest. They have a therapy dog that visits the kids and an assortment of games. The staff was friendly and very helpful

Eugene/Springfield is lucky to have this marvelous collaboration between The Ronald McDonald houses and PeaceHealth. It is a very nice place for patients and families to stay while undergoing treatment at PeaceHealth.

Easily reserved a room with a referral from the hospital. The rooms were nice and comfortable and close to the hospital and when we needed an extra unplanned night, they didn’t even need an explanation, just said no problem. Such a wonderful experience through a stressful situation.

They'd like you to check in by 4:00 because they leave there at 7:30 and by 8:00 it's just the night guardsman but he could probably get you in if you're on the list and you call him and tell him that you're going to be late I spent 4 days there if there's any other questions I can answer for you I'd be glad to do that I hope all goes well for you and your family not so well for mine that God bless let me know if I can assist you in anything else on a heartfelt house
