I have a friend that lives at these apartments and evidently the manager doesn't know how to listen and get all sides of the stories from anybody and is going by one word cuz she's pretty much or he is pretty much playing favorites which I'm going to be reporting to the board so good luck to the apartments there and thanks for possibly making my cousin become homeless good for you ruining somebody's life

Rent is reasonable for what you get and for the location. Matinace was always nice and prompt. No laundry in any unit, laundry rooms severely out dated and dryers never worked 100%. Hispanic neighbors were always loud and my kids would get blamed even if they were already in bed. Parking was always an issue as people who didnt live there would park beyond where they should have and the lot was always full.

Pretty nice ig, annoying because the pool is always closed and for no reason. I think they are just lazy. It's all on the hot days too.

Best deal and best location! Easy access to I-5 and the 126. Utilities are included + extended basic cable. They are very quick to fix any problem you have. The downside is the laundry rooms are outdated
