I am giving the new manager, Clara, a 5 star review. She cares and wants this to be a great place to live. She was professional, listened and understood my position. She treated me with respect, positivity and tried to help. This has not been my experience for almost 7 years of living here, however, I believe she will do what she can to make this a better place to live. Hopefully corporate will provide necessary support and appreciate her. She is a breath of fresh air and wonderful.

Guy and his maintenance team are wonderful. They are not only prompt, knowledgeable and proficient, but extremely courteous and accommodating. Have nothing but kudos for all they do to keep us up and running so well.

I have had to have a few things fixed and have never had an issue with maintenance coming as soon as possible! Very friendly and worked professionally and swiftly to resolve the issue!! Even taught me along the way and didn't mind the questions!
