Horrid customer service! Rude to be honest. I try to avoid this location as much as possible. I see by the reviews I'm not the only person with this issue. Follow up - I just saw the reviews for the other two Quest locations and they're all the same and just as bad: rude, slow, no customer service, excessive wait times with an appointment, etc... I just booked at Interpath to make my visit easier.

Technician is rude and disrespectful shouldn’t be in that field.Critizise my mother for incorrect spelling in front of her co worker.She should be not be dealing with people.In this climate a little compassion would be nice.I was wondering why your reviews are so low now I know why. I hope somebody will read this and actually do something about it.

This was the most unprofessional, and unorganized establishment I have ever been to. There is absolutely no one to communicate to about any problem. The tech's are over worked, and extremely rude, and short on patience. I was instructed to go down as a walk in. They had me sign in as a walk in. Fully knowing walk ins are not seen for UA's. I then get called back 3hrs later! For them to then explain walk ins are not accepted for UAs... I had then set a appointment for 1:15pm the following day, for a simple drug screening. After a full hour and fifteen minutes of arguing and back and forth with the lab techs about my appointment, they tried to say "Didn't exsist", and making another person with a appointment waiting a hour and half for his. I was finally seen to do my UA. I would NEVER recommend anyone who values there time, or gave respect for themselves as a person to ever go here. It took six hours over two days time to get a simple UA done. TERRIBLE service!!!!

They do not accept walk-ins for pre-employment drug testing even though I called ahead of time. They only let you know if you actually come on in and they have a couple signs hanging out. Someone before me was able to be seen about a drug test even though they were a walk in which was pretty neat to hear. Amazing place.
