Overrated store.....observe the staff at the perfume department.....people on their cellphones and this is the very first department one sees when you enter it from the mall side on the first floor, that alone says a lot already about how this place is being managed.

I was at Neiman Marcus on 6550 looking for some men's sneakers, 6550 Tapanga canyon blvd, Canoga Park, Ca. Saw some racks with 50% off, on sneakers, off white, Balenciaga, McQueen . First at all saw Off white sneakers white and blue, regular price $865.00 = 50% $519.00 , this price is wrong $865.00 -50% $432,50. I saw other sneakers on the racks no one of them had the discount described on the racks. I asked to sales person. She didn't know. Next week I returned same racks but with 65% off discount. Price was same as previously mentioned.

Sadly I will not be shopping here as they are completely inflexible with their return policy. I ordered several Mother of the Bride dresses from several well known stores. I had to wait for my daughter to visit so we could choose the best one. This took longer than 30 days. Every other store was understanding and either provided a refund or a store credit. Neiman Marcus would neither take them back or offer a store credit. The sales person was kind to me, but the person she called to get approval had no interest in my situation. Lesson learned.
