Greens were fast in decent shape. Fresh sand in traps. Cart paths are pretty bad, but slightly better than before.

This is a decent, CHALLENGING, golf course. Be aware that the greens are fast at times and there are huge slopes on several greens. Might have to have a 2-3 putt rule on a couple depending where they put the cup for the day(one is literally on downslope so if you miss putting uphill, it comes right back down to you). The big downfall is their cart paths. It seems like they are very very slowly fixing them, but you need to pay attention cuz there are some BIG potholes that will hurt if you hit them. All in all though, it's a nice course with a pretty reasonable price. Greens are in great condition usually, except for some ball marks players never fix. Fairways are pretty solid and the rough isn't super long. I'm really hoping in the future they rework a few of the greens. Seems over the years the downhill portions have gotten even further downhill...

Beautifully maintained greens and fairways. The greens rolled very well, nice fluffy bunkers. Nice and fun layout. Worst cart paths I've seen in any golf course. If you have back problems, please don't okay here, it will get worse. I hope they maintain their car paths.
