Seems to be in the middle of nowhere, big parking lot that was full on a Friday at lunchtime. We got the last available table. Unfortunately, there was a large group next to us. The place was so loud that we were speaking very loudly and couldn't hear each other. The waitress had a hard time hearing as well. The waitress was good natured & we enjoyed bantering with her. The serving sizes, except for the brisket sandwich, we're very large. The liver was extremely tender, came with a half pound of mashed potatoes. Calzone was large, good. The brisket was tender & juicy. The desserts were not what we expected. There was a large cheesecake layer in the carrot cake. The chocolate cake/mousse was better unless you're really a cheesecake lover. Overall, the prices were in line with a moderate restaurant. The food was good, but nothing blew me away to make me want to drive back.

Today we visited Carriage Inn for an early dinner. Our food was good. I do not really like to complain but I need to address this. I ordered soup. My first choice was not available so I had chicken dumpling soup. While eating my soup I came across a large bone. I informed our waitress and she offered no apology or deduction from our bill. Her answer was “ we smoke our chicken”. Not a good answer. I should not be eating soup with a bone in it. If I swallowed it the establishment would hear another story. This was poor customer service on my end. Sorry I hope this does not happen again.

One of our favorite places to eat out. The food and staff are amazing and treat us like family when we’re there. We started ordering from Carriage Inn during Covid, and have had pretty exemplary service for each of our visits/orders throughout. For the very few times we’ve had issues, with an order for example, they’ve sought to remedy the issue with us. So honestly this place is pretty awesome all around. It’s difficult to identify when the busy hours are here admittedly, there could be a private party for example that takes up a lot of seats and makes the atmosphere more noisy, and during those times the parking lot is a bit of a nightmare to be honest. We just had to abandon our wait there today since there was no movement in the line, and we were stuck waiting outside (we have backup locations at least). However, I’m personally happy to see them thriving when so many other businesses didn’t survive the pandemic.

Had a very good time here! It is definitely a nice place to go with family and friends! All of the food was delicious! Service was great a very nice friendly staff! My family will definitely be back!
