This place doesn’t look like the pictures. I toured and the apartments smell like mold. There were holes in walls and when addressed the property manager had nothing to say. For the cost of these you can spend your money elsewhere for a much better place. That’s what I did.

Manager is a wonderful person, the company that owns the apartment not quite as personable - pretty big rent hike this year.

No they do not
2021 moved in to a 1 bed for $995 - $1095 after fees 2022 rent was raised to $1095 - after fees $1195
