We were looking for a shade garden with minimal experience. The plants were organized by perennial and annual as well as shade or sun. The staff was really knowledgeable and had great recommendations including slug treatment.

BEWARE!! Had a very unprofessional experience with the Eugene manager!! Started a new succulent garden a year ago. Started buying only from Springfield Grays. I’ve ended up with a horrible mealy bug and spider mite infestation. I’m losing everything! The manager refused to take any responsibility. In fact, he blamed me for not checking them, then proceeded to hang up on me. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there over the last 40 years. I’ll never step foot in there again. CHECK YOUR PLANTS!!! THEY DON’T BACK THEIR PLANTS!!! AND NO REFUNDS!!!

Go to the one in Springfield. We were VERY disappointed withe the one in Eugene! Not organized/labeled, no one offered to help us find what we were looking for, the plants looked near death AND the prices were about $5 per plant more. Thank goodness we had already been to the store in Springfield to see if they carried the things were looking for, or we would have gone who knows where. Springfield store is the stellar opposite! Great plants, great help!!!
