Phone accessibility: when you call their phone number it comes with an automated voice message in English giving options for different languages. Experience: I called to ask whether my ballot would count when I marked outside a circle I tiny bit and that my signature was smudged a tiny bit but still fully visible and legible. The man on the phone was so helpful and answered all my questions; he said my vote would count. I also asked if it did get thrown out for some reason what I would do to be able to vote and he said they would send me a letter if it was thrown out and it would tell me my next steps. He was super helpful and clear in his answers...easy to understand.

Used the drive-thru drop off for my absentee ballot. Very fast, convienient and they check for signature/date before you pull away. Not the same experience as in-person booth voting however, I wasn't going to mess around with any nonsense this year. Identification/verification should be required when voting like it used to be!
