WORST trucking company I have ever experienced. The factory we work with gave us our tracking info for a customer order and their number to check on the delivery. We got hung up on, saying you are not our customer, we don't have to tell you anything. They picked up our truckload from the factory on 2/23 and it is now 3/14 and still no delivery! That is 2 1/2 weeks and all they could say is there is a "delay" but not give a reason for it. BEWARE DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY if you want to get your items! They ruined our customer's employee appreciation day (for National Employee Appreciation Day on March 4th). 400 employees in San Diego did not get their gift, horrible.

This company is a joke. They had my desk sitting in a warehouse for two weeks and I have no idea why. They told me everyday for a week that it was going to show up the next day and it still hasn’t. They set up a delivery appointment for yesterday and they just didn’t show up. I called today and they were incredibly rude. I told them I needed my desk today and they said “well I am sure thats not going to happen” even though online it says its loaded into the truck for delivery. I left the distribution person a voicemail but I have had no response. They wont even answer for staples, who I bought the desk from. I put in several complaints with staples and I hope they stop using YRC. I would never ever buy something again if I knew they were the shipper.

Horrible company. Unethical and rude. Carla sounds like the Ingrid of one of the other one star reviews. If they don't care about their customers enough to employ helpful people, that's already a red flag. Plenty of good trucking companies out there. This isn't one of them.

I have shipped out of this facility on 3 separate occasions: July 2017, June 2019, and September 2019. One experience was fine; similar to that of other YRC freight facilities or competitors. However, the other two experiences were HORRIBLE. In both of those situations I had to deal with the dock manager, Ingrid, who is vindictive and will make the experience unbearable. She yelled at me and my boss on the phone. She also refused to let any dock workers volunteer to help me. I normally don't remember names easily, but she was that rude to me. If you have to bring freight here or ship out, I would recommend calling ahead to see if she's working that day. I think YRC should let go of this employee. My company will find somewhere else to ship out of in San Diego. Not to mention, the freight was separated, and we didn't receive half of it until 2 months later.
