Weve never asked for any type of assistance til about 3 years ago with electric bill. Everytime we have requested assistance theyve made it difficult with all the forms and process. You think they got all they need from you as far as info but theres always something to the point that we get thru it before they call us in for the intake. Sad that they do the way they do

Don't come here unless you want to be belittled and talked to like your an idoit oh and it takes them over 30 days just to process your app and will refuse to talk to you about your app once its dopped off no matter if your daughter is disabled with asthma.

I don't work there but I can give you answers that you need. Yes they do help and I'm sure they have funds. They can help up to $300 but they are expected you to pay something. You can walk in. You need to get AR summary from the light co so bring it there along with disconnected notice. I hope they can help you out ☺

If you've never been ther before its best to take everything, bills, proof of income, proof of rent, ID for everyone in the house hold.
