Just go in. Its hard to make an appointment or even call them unless you have an ext. If you've never been ther before its best to take everything, bills, proof of income, proof of rent, ID for everyone in the house hold. I think they are closed for lunch between like 12 and 1 but im not 100 percent sure on the lunch hr
