This place is horrible to book specially for the business travelers. we used Egencia to book a travel for all are employees and one of my employee booked this hotel and when he checked out I called the hotel for the receipt for accounting purpose and they refuse me to provide an receipt and I ask for the Manager and they told me Manager is not available what kind of hotel don't have manages to support customers. FRONT DESK STAFF IS SO RUDE AND THEY were hang up the phones. I would Recommend not to book this place who doesn't happy to receive any calls or supportive.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with a mini-fridge. Also, it was in close proximity to a Panera, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks! Negative: The room was very small and a little cramped. The 2 bathroom towels were sparse (think "provided pool towels at another hotel". One of our bars of soap had already been opened. The motion-activated SPOTLIGHT in the bathroom was rough at 3 am.

I recently visited this hotel. I found it's good. Room, washroom, bed were very clean. It will be great if you can serve a bottle of water along with the coffee as a complementary.

If all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep, you'll do fine here. Room was small, with no closet or any other place to hang anything up (not even a hook on a wall or door). Internet worked fine. Room had a bed, table, chair, and a couple drawers.
